Location Portrait sessions can be scheduled for the location of your choice. From your child’s soccer game to your own home. I believe in creating a very relaxed atmosphere during my photography sessions. I like to allow 2 hours for your own location session, especially when photographing children. It is very important for children to be comfortable, that is why allowing time for breaks and snacks is crucial and also why I recommend your first on location session be at your home.
I will meet you at the location of your choosing within a reasonable distance. Travel over 25 miles may result in additional charges. Outside locations are great, but they are subject the change especially because of inclement weather.
Clothing Issues I strongly suggest solid colors, stay away from stripes. Try to coordinate all persons to be photographed, khaki pants and whites tops for example. You may bring up to three outfit changes per session. Be prepared when photographing children, bring a favorite toy, snacks and do not be surprised if the first outfit is the only outfit. No worries, there will be a clothing consultation before each session.
Miscellaneous Info
Prior to your first session, you will be asked to sign a model release for yourself and/or any minor children to be photographed. This will also include notice of copyright policies. There is also a short customer information sheet to be filled out for my records only.
I know that our pets are part of the families, please inform me in advance if there are any animals to be photographed. Additional charges and/ or time may be added.
